What is The Valet Club?

The Valet Club is an exclusive  membership program that allows its members to enjoy valet parking service privileges at selected establishments throughout Klang Valley by paying a monthly membership subscription. Please refer to our website for more specific details regarding its benefits and the availability of locations throughout the Klang Valley.

How do I apply for The Valet Club membership?

The Valet Club membership is only available for Visa Platinum, Signature & Infinite credit card holders from the following banks in Malaysia at this point time.

a. Public Bank
b. Maybank
c. UOB
d. RHB
e. CIMB

You may download the application form from our website and follow the instructions indicated within.

Where can I utilize my The Valet Club membership card?

All participating valet locations are listed on our website. Do check back periodically as we are continually striving to expand our coverage areas.

Is there a minimum membership commitment period?

The membership is based on a yearly subscription period. However, we collect the subscriptions on a monthly basis using your Visa credit card through an auto debit system.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time but since the membership is of a prepaid nature, you will have to allow your membership to continue until the end of the month before we are able to stop billing you for the subsequent months.

Are there any early cancellation charges?

No, we will not impose any early cancellation charges. However, you will have to allow your membership to continue until the end of the month before we are able to stop billing you for the subsequent months.

I do not have a Visa credit card, can I still subscribe for a membership?

This program is brought to you exclusively by Visa and it is a requirement that members must have a valid Visa Platinum, Signature Or Infinite card to subscribe for a membership.

Can I pay by Visa debit card?

No as this program requires the use of a valid Visa Platinum, Signature Or Infinite credit card to subscribe for a membership.

What happens if I exceed the free hours as per my membership level?

Members who exceed the free hours as stipulated by their membership levels will have to pay up to RM5 per additional hour or part thereof. This payment will have to be settled in cash directly to the valet operators at the participating outlets.

Can I use my membership outside of Klang Valley?

No, as we are currently only in partnership with valet locations within Klang Valley. However, we have plans to expand the services to area outside the Klang Valley in the near future. Do visit our website more often for updates.

If the membership card does not belong to me, can I still use it?

Yes, as long as the card is valid and present during usage.

How do I pay for the memberships?

All membership subscription is payable only through a monthly auto debit system via the member’s registered Visa credit card.

How will I be charged for the membership subscriptions?

At the date of membership enrollment, we will charge a pro rated rate until the end of the month. From thereafter, members will charged on a monthly basis at the beginning of every month through an auto debit system on their registered credit card.

Do I have to have to sign up for the auto debit system to subscribe?

Yes, as we do not accept any other forms of payment except through the auto debit system via the member’s registered Visa credit card.

I do not wish to put my subscription payment on auto debit, is that possible?

No. Our membership program is based on an auto debit arrangement via Visa credit cards only.

I do not have a credit card from any of the participating banks. Can I use my family/friends/others credit card to apply?

Yes, however the cardholder will have to authorize the auto debit process on the application form as the payment will be made via their credit cards.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

Yes, provided that the payment is continued to be paid by you via your credit card. Otherwise, it will be treated as a new membership application.

If I cancel my membership after you have billed me, will I get a refund for the unused period?

Since the membership is prepaid, you will have to allow the membership to continue until the end of the month before we can stop billing you for the subsequent months.

I am unable to use my membership card at the valet locations. Why is this so and what is happening?

If this happens, your card may be damaged or your account may have been suspended due to non-payment issues. Kindly contact our helpdesk to further assist you in the matter.

I have lost my membership card, what should I do?

Kindly contact our helpdesk to replace your card immediately. The replacement fee is RM20 per membership card and it will be auto debited from your credit card.

My membership card is damaged, what should I do?

Kindly contact our helpdesk to replace your card immediately. The replacement fee is RM20 per membership card and it will be auto debited from your credit card. However, you will not be charged for a replacement if you return the damage card to us.

How long does it take to replace a card?

It will take approximately 3 to 5 working days to replace the card.

I left my membership with the valet operator, what should I do?

Please contact our helpdesk immediately so we are able to try and recover your card. If we are unable to do so, you will need to replace your card for a fee of RM20.

I am at the valet location and I forgot to bring my membership card, can I still check in?

No, as our check in process requires the usage of your membership card at all times.
